Our promise

What we will not do, in plain words.

  1. We do not show the answer first. The answer appears only after the hints, and after you tell us your child has answered.
  2. We do not do the homework for your child. We explain to you and give you questions to ask. Nothing is written for your child to copy.
  3. We do not mark a right answer wrong without saying we were unsure. When we cannot read a word or our checks disagree, we say so and leave it to you.
  4. We reject photos that are not Arabic schoolwork. Other photos are turned away before anything else happens, and no photo is kept.

These rules are enforced in the software, not just written here.
